Amazon Fighting For All Of Us

Amazon is fighting for all of us against illegal National Labor Review Board mandates

  • Union access to its sites. Like many companies, Amazon restricts people who aren’t working a shift from being on-site. The NLRB, despite Supreme Court rulings to the contrary, is trying to force Amazon to let union organizers be on site at any time.
  • The ability of management to tell workers that unionization is not a good idea. The CEO of Amazon’s words, “We like to hear from all our employees as opposed to having it filtered through one or two voices,” were deemed objectionable. The Taft-Hartley Act protects an employer’s right to communicate with employees as long as their communications don’t contain threats of force, reprisals, or promises of benefits.

Thank Amazon for fighting the government’s illegal interference.
