Cashing in on Clean Energy + Diesel Prices to Rise Rapidly

The Department of Energy is giving KraftHeinz  $170 million for heat pumps and biogas boilers at 10 plants. Others may want to investigate how they can get this kind of money. 
Oil prices are up. On Friday, Crude oil was nearly $87 a barrel, up ~20% this year.   
However, on-highway diesel has not tracked crude prices up by 4.77%. This will not persist:
